The key pillars of this plan are to achieve volume growth by investing in five international key brands, through accelerated innovation, and through a new pricing policy for Horeca Belgium. A potential of \u20ac17 million in gross savings was identified, of which \u20ac14 million has been integrated into the new plan. In addition, the brewery is making sharp choices in its product range and implementing more active real estate management aimed at accelerated value creation.
