Boortmeerbeek, March 28, 2025 – Co.Br.Ha. is today issuing an invitation to an Extraordinary General Meeting to expand its board of directors from seven to nine members. In addition, the group proposes the appointment of two new non-executive directors. Micha\u00ebl De Roover, as an independent director, and Fran\u00e7ois Monfils, add both experience in strategic business transformation and legal expertise for the brewery and real estate activities.
