Nous estimons que le march\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais de l\u2019Horeca affiche une baisse encore plus marqu\u00e9e par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Les habitudes de consommation g\u00e9n\u00e9rales, le pouvoir d\u2019achat, mais aussi les conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques du printemps 2024 ont influenc\u00e9 n\u00e9gativement les ventes sur le
