De krachtlijnen van dit plan zijn volumegroei realiseren door te investeren in vijf internationale sleutelmerken, door versnelde innovatie en door een nieuw tariefbeleid voor Horeca Belgi\u00eb. Er werd een potentieel van \u20ac17 miljoen aan bruto besparingen ge\u00efdentificeerd, waarvan \u20ac14 miljoen in het nieuwe plan is ge\u00efntegreerd. Daarnaast maakt de brouwerij scherpe keuzes in het productgamma en voert ze een actiever vastgoedbeheer, gericht op versnelde waardecreatie.
