Boortmeerbeek – The Board of Directors of Co.Br.Ha. co-opted a new independent board member on Friday, June 30, 2023. This is Jan De Nys, who is the CEO of the listed RREC Retail Estates. Jan De Nys founded Retail Estates in 1998 and developed the company into the market leader in retail parks in the Benelux. Over the past 40 years, he has built up extensive experience in the retail sector and retail real estate.
