Brouwerij Haacht sees first effects of strategic transformation measures, and looks forward to further steps towards structural improvement
Boortmeerbeek, March 28, 2025 – Co.Br.Ha. is today issuing an invitation to an Extraordinary General Meeting to expand its board of directors from seven to nine members. In addition, the group proposes the appointment of two new non-executive directors. Michaël De Roover, as an independent director, and François Monfils, add both experience in strategic business transformation and legal expertise for the brewery and real estate activities. This strengthening of the organization is part of a broader transition towards sustainable growth.
