New CEO of Co.Br.Ha. launches ambitious strategy and aims for 20 percent REBITDA by 2030

Boortmeerbeek, January 14, 2026 – As announced upon his appointment as CEO in October 2025, Nils van Dam is launching an ambitious strategic reform plan, ‘Horizon 2030’, for Co.Br.Ha., the group above Brouwerij Haacht. The key pillars of this plan are to achieve volume growth by investing in five international key brands, through accelerated innovation, and through a new pricing policy for Horeca Belgium. A potential of €17 million in gross savings was identified, of which €14 million has been integrated into the new plan. In addition, the brewery is making sharp choices in its product range and implementing more active real estate management aimed at accelerated value creation. The board of directors unanimously approved the plan at the end of December.
